{Quickie} Asparagus-Lemon Soup

Modified from Emeals recipe.  Even the kids loved it.

Steam 1.5 lbs of asparagus and 1 medium onion chopped in 1 cup of vegetable broth until soft | Transfer to blender and puree, add more broth as necessary to blend smoothly | In a medium saucepan heat 1 T of butter, melt and add 1 T of almond {or traditional} flour, stir until becomes pasty | Mix in 8 oz Greek yogurt | Then add puree, with another 1.5 cup of vegetable broth1/2 cup fresh lime juice and 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and simmer for 20 minutes.

I think I like this recipe format better.  Do you?
